Welcome to PB Evolution. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pbevolution.com (the “Site”), operated by PB Evolution LLC, a United States limited liability company based in Miami, Florida (“PB Evolution”, “we”, “us”). 1. Use of the Site
The Site provides educational content, digital and physical products, and mentorship services related to goal setting and strategic positioning. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse any content or service.
2. Products and purchases
Products sold on the Site (e-books, printed books, digital templates, bundles and mentorship sessions) are described on their respective product pages. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment details. If you have an issue with a purchase, contact us at team@pbevolution.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the SPC System, books, templates, videos, articles and branding — is the property of PB Evolution. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share purchased materials or Site content without written permission.
4. Third-party services and YouTube
Some pages on the Site embed videos hosted on YouTube, and we use YouTube API Services to publish our own videos to our own YouTube channel. By interacting with YouTube content on the Site, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. See also our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer
The content and products on this Site are educational in nature. We make no guarantees of specific results — outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances. The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with its effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
